Have been using this product for about two weeks now, and have found it to be great for hydrating before a run, and definitely helps with muscle recovery post-run. I have more energy to run further, and feel better after my run than I have in the past.

This stuff seems to work. I have increased my mileage off road and did 20 miles at once one day while drinking this and wasn’t sore the next day. It does hurt my stomach just a little but that might be from drinking 60 oz of it over the course of 3 hours of riding. Anyways, I will use again

Great product for that extra burst of energy when you work out. I was a little skeptical about this product at the beginning but I was what the heck and lets try it out. But let me tell you it works! I definitely recommend it!
