I just add about half a dropperful to a glass of water and gulp it down. it tastes great and is cheaper than most bottles of pills, although I can't back that up too much since i haven't done the math. But this bottle is approximately 29 servings. If used 3 times a day, then that's good for about 10 days, which is exactly the length of my Super Cleanse Fast.
