I read a lot of reviews about this product. I wanted to lose my pre-pregnancy weight. I began taking this product on a friday by monday I’s lost 3 pounds. I wanted to wait a whole week before leaving a review but I am so happy. I am a mom so I don’t have a lot of free time to exercise, so I try to workout when my daughters watching Dora the explore.. To help me with my diet I been eating lean cuisine. The only negitive thing I can say about this product is that it keeps you regular. Which in turn makes you gases/upset stomach. But its not that bad. I am losing the weight and thats all the matters. Oh. and don’t buy it from a website go to your local GMC or health store and they are $7 a box.
